Faye Eggerding is the Director of the Huntington Medical Research
Institutes Molecular Oncology and Cancer Genetics Laboratory. Prior
to joining HMRI, Dr. Eggerding worked as a Research Scientist in
genetic analysis at Applied Biosystems (Division of Perkin Elmer
Corporation).
Dr. Eggerding holds the patent for a new molecular diagnostic procedure
for gene analysis.

Huff is the President of the EDC Ventura County. In her former
role with the California Technology Trade and Commerce Agency,
she played a critical role in the Small Business Development activities.
Huff is a board member of numerous economic development organizations
and she also serves as a City of Los Angeles Area Planning Commissioner.

Wendi Johnston is the creator and director of Pasadena City College's
(PCC) Biological Technologies Program, a national community college
model program. Dr. Johnston is also the Director of the Los Angeles/Orange
County ED Net Biotechnology Center located at PCC.

Dr. Sabrina
Kemeny is CEO and Founder of Photobit Corporation, an industry-leading
supplier of CMOS image sensors (cameras-on-a-chip). As co-inventor
of the technology that was to form the basis of Photobit's business,
she has been the recipient of numerous engineering design awards
including the Helena Rubenstein "Outstanding Women in Science"
award.

L.L.P. Phares is in the High Technology and Communication practice
in the Los Angeles region and her experience is working with start-up
and growth companies in the high technology space. Phares is a

Sorensen, Associate, Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. focuses
her practice on tax and corporate law matters. Prior to law
school, Sorensen worked as an Associate Tax Auditor for the
California State Board of Equalization in the Sales and Use
