Dereck Andrade is the Business Editor for the Los Angeles Newspaper
Group, which includes the Los Angeles Daily News, Long Beach Press-Telegram,
Pasadena Star-News, San Bernardino Sun, San Gabriel Valley Tribune
and Whittier Daily News newspapers. Andrade is a former news writer
for CBS Radio affiliate KNX in Los Angeles, where in 1984 he won
a Golden Mike for breaking news team coverage of several Southern
California brush fires.

Dr.
Chris Landon is Director of the Pediatric Diagnostic Center, a
hub for eight pediatric sub-specialties and a telemedicine project
covering over fifty rural family practices spanning three countries.
Dr. Landon is developing many innovative devices such as an electronic
stethoscope, which will integrate existing telemedicine stations
with farm workers in the fields or even the first colonist on
Mars

Dr.
William Opel has served as Executive Director & CEO of the Huntington
Medical Research Institutes HMRI in Pasadena since 1982. He has
organized and overseen development of HMRI programs in prostatic
cancer, medical magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy, electronic
neural prosthetic device development and molecular oncology. Dr.
Opel is active in technology transfer, including out-licensing of
HMRI technology, organization of strategic alliances, and formation
of new business ventures.

Edward J.A. Pope is Founder and CEO of several companies including
MATECH, a medical device manufacturer which manufactures fluorescent
reference standards for the calibration of analytical and clinical
instrumentation; Solgene Therapeutics, LLC, a biotech-drug-delivery
start-up; FPD Technologies, LLC, which is developing next generation
flat panel display technology; and Global Strategic Materials,
which focuses on advanced aerospace and industrial ceramics.

Rozzell is President and CEO of BioCatalytics, an early stage company
that develops enzyme applications for drug manufacturers.
Dr. Rozzell has spent the last 18 years in the biotechnology industry
with a specialization in the applications of enzymes and biotransformations
for the production of chemicals. He is also a co-founder and director
of EraGen Biosciences, a bioinformatics and functional genomics
company.

Suh is a founding Managing Director with California Technology
Ventures, LLC, a Southern California venture capital fund that
focuses on early stage companies in the fields of information
technology and life sciences. Suh is also a founding Managing
Director with J.J. Jacobs Enterprises, LLC, a Pasadena-based venture
capital firm and advises and serves on the corporate boards of
numerous companies.
